Fresh Food made to order, smaller portions for the price, and kind of "bland". I had the half pound fish platter which is 5-fish sticks on a slice of toasted white bread. It was hot and fresh, no seasoning, not my favorite, probably wouldn't order it again. My fiance had the Italian Steak. Again, hot and fresh, but he said it didn't have allot of flavor and he probably wouldn't order it again. I did taste it and I did agree. His fries were pretty soggy too -- hot and fresh, just needed to be cooked longer maybe. My daughter had chicken strips. She was still hungry. $25 for fast food for 3 without drinks and only one meal came with fry's is a little pricy. We did sit down. We did enjoy the free retro arcade game. I'm not sure if we would come back. I feel like dinner for 3 in a "dive-style atmosphere" should include a bit more for $25 (there is a liquor store attached and a gun shop next door -- classic Riverside). I will say the service was fast, attentive, and friendly.

Fries were very good, hot and crispy! The burger wasn't very good I thought. Burger had a plain tasting patty and WAY too much mayo and ketchup. The picture is just what dripped off when I picked it up, the condiments were really all you could taste. Sad, I had high hopes for this little place. I saw where some were saying the service had slipped but my experience was awesome, food was delivered quick and the staff was very friendly.

Me and my father sometimes come here for lunch. This place has good quality service. I most often get their tenderloin sandwich, but I wanted to try the Spicy Chicken Sandwich for the first time from here. However, the sandwich did not taste that spicy to me when I started to eat it and it did not have ranch on it like their menu said; maybe they forgot it? I am also interested in trying their Reuben & their fish sandwich. Since this restaurant is a chain around the Northland of KC with four locations (3 in Platte County & 1 in Clay County), they should open some in Liberty, Smithville, Kearney, and some parts of Jackson County too. For this location, it should have a breakfast menu, an arcade game machine, a drive thru, and all L.C.’s locations should open at 7 or 8 a.m., if they are going to have a breakfast menu at their locations.

The cashier is rude and ALWAYS get the order wrong. Get her help quick....

TERRIBLE! Long story short, my order was wrong. The prices are way to expensive for the portions they give you and it doesn't taste good. I ordered a plain bacon cheeseburger, they put everything on it which happens to me all the time. It's not a big deal, but I went back and they "fixed it." I'm pretty sure they just wiped it off and gave me a new bun and cheese because I could still taste onion, ketchup, and mustard. The onion could have been from the grill, but that doesn't explain the taste of ketchup and mustard on a "new" burger. If you mess up an order, then you should take the time to remake the order. You shouldn't just wipe it off and hope I don't notice.

I've had friends tell me I have to try Lc's well I finally did tonight. Absolutely amazing. Got a Philly sandwich which I always have to put horseradish on. Absolutely THE BEST horseradish I have EVER had! Would've given 5 stars but it was EXTREMELY greasy. I had a pool of grease in the bottom of my take out container. Otherwise amazing food with great flavor and decently priced

North Oak Location Food was barely warm at bestYou could see the cooks and preparers did NOT wear gloves. Drive-up order screen was not working so you had to order at window and drive around to wait. Will not be back - no tenderloins either. Only warm hamburgers.

Good spot to pick up food! They pride themselves on hamburgers but there are plenty of other options to try. I would consider it a typical diner type food. They do have a few sitting options inside not a lot and a couple tables outside. However it's probably best to get your meal to go. If you don't mind waiting a bit for them to cook your food it will be hot fresh and ready to go!

Way too expensive for the size of the food that you get. Fries were hot and the sweet tea was cold. But that’s about the only good things I can say about this place. The grilled chicken was the size of a chicken strip just on a bun. Would not recommend to anyone.

I travels 20+mins now for the double bacon cheese burger o rings and strawberry shake.. arguably ONE of the best if not the best burger in town

ive been here 3 times and each time I go it is because i know i will get the best burger I can think of. The burgers are big and juicy, and the FRIES are TO DIE FOR. I typically order via the phone and go before or after noon which cuts down my wait time, this place is busy but calling ahead help a lot.

If you want what you ordered with good customer service, go to Platte Woods. If you want an incorrect order, go to the northmoor location. The new manager at Platte Woods provided great customer service to a disgruntled customer. He gets 5 stars with my continued business.

Though almost painfully slow, the food was good drive-in fare. In our group, we had burgers, fish and a tenderloin and all were very good and came out hot. The kids meals are very large so there were leftovers for the bigger "kids". The fries were good while hot but not so much after they cooked. The only down sides were the wait and seating. There are just five 4-person tables mostly occupied by those waiting for food but we found seats before our food came so it wasn't a huge issue. The workers were friendly and overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Just discovered this spot. They have one of the best salads ever. And they have crushed ice which I love!!!!!

Not sure what the hype is about. Burger was good but not the best. And it was made wrong. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with only mayo, ketchup and lettuce ....it came with lettuce only. My strawberry shake I had to end up throwing away to avoid it getting all over my car, the bottom of the cup had a hole in it. Very disappointed especially after paying $15 for lunch. Too expensive for what you get IMO.

If I could give it less than zero, then I would. this place literally just opened and already the speaker is broken for ordering your food through the drive-thru, and the burger I got was completely underdone. This is not a steakhouse so hamburger has to be cooked all the way, not medium, it is a health risk as well as a food safety violation. Took it back. Not going back after thisUpdate: when I returned the burger, they told me that next time I need to order it well done. I am not aware of any self-respecting restaurant that cooks hamburger medium or medium well. Bacteria can still grow in that and make people sick. I spent many years in food service and I absolutely do not recommend this place
